HED Jet 50 Wheel-set, Brand New, 11-speed, clincher, carbon, alloy
With appropriate spacers, the set is 8, 9, 10 and 11-speed compatible. The freehub is SRAM/Shimano compatible. Though when set up with an 11-speed cassette, it works great with Campagnolo 11-speed systems, too. The wheels have alloy braking surfaces and a carbon fiber permanent fairing for aerodynamics. The wheels have HEDs SCT shaping which, according to HED’s aerodynamics experts, is more stable in cross-winds than other aero-shaped, tall cross-section wheels. I have and ride a set of JET 60s, and I will say they are the best-performing, tall-section wheels in a crosswind that I own. I have maybe 30 sets of wheels. The alloy braking surfaces are machined, and provide braking that is superior to most all carbon fiber braking surfaces. The wheels are brand new in their original packaging. HED quick releases and rim strips are included. Local pick-up is available, too. Local pick-up is free, of course.
